iOS configurations

Here are some instructions on how to set-up and configure your Mobilelink account.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 1: Download Zoiper

    Go to iTunes on your phone and search for Zoiper, then download the Zoiper application to your phone.

      If you don't have an iTunes account set-up, login with an iTunes account or register a new one. Help regarding how to set-up an iTunes account on your device is available on the iTunes help site.


  • Download Zoiper

    Step 2: Open Zoiper

    After successful installation, open Zoiper on your phone and open the Settings link.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 3: Allow access permissions

    If asked for permission to access the Microphone or Contacts, just select "OK". Zoiper is a safe application, no worries there.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 4: Go to Account

    Under settings, select "Accounts".

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 5: Click Add account

    Select the '+' sign on the top right-hand corner of your screen to Add a new account.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 6: Click I have an account

    Assuming you have registered on this portal and you already have a Mobilelink account sent to your email, select 'YES' when asked if you already have a username and password.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 7: Click select provider


  • Download Zoiper

    Step 8: Select 'Mobilelink'

    Under United Kingdom, search for Mobilelink and select.

  • Download Zoiper

    Step 9: Verify Account Settings

    Go back to Account Settings
